My main preference for communication is on Discord, though I am willing to communicate on all my platforms listed.

Character references are necessary for me to be able to complete the commission. I will not be making character designs for commissions at this point in time.

Other types of references (including poses, alternate outfits, etc.) are optional, but it helps to speed up the process.

My turnaround time is quite variable based on commission complexity, motivation levels, and irl events, but generally the cheapest end of my commissions I can usually get done within the same day it was ordered, and higher priced commissions generally come with a longer turnaround time.

If my commission slots are full when you order your commission, you will be added to a queue until I finish the current slots.

I can take payment through Zelle and PayPal at the moment. Zelle is preferred for payment.

I do not require full upfront payment for my commissions, but I will take upfront payment if you prefer that.

50% of the commission price is due upon completion of the sketch, and the other 50% is due upon completion of the piece.

I can only offer refunds if you choose to pay in full upfront. I can offer a full refund before I complete the sketch, but after I can only offer a half refund.

I reserve the right to deny any commission I do not feel comfortable doing or that I feel I cannot accomplish.

I will not draw anything in the "will not draw" list (see below) under any circumstances. Trying to convince me to draw something on this list will result in you being blocked and blacklisted from purchasing commissions from me.

Once the commission is completed and paid for in full, you are free to use it however you like for personal reasons as long as you credit. If you reupload your commission anywhere (for instance toyhou.se), use the watermarked version; the unwatermarked version of a commission for personal use is for your use only.

If you wish to use your commission commercially, you must discuss this with me first. Commercial use will come with a charge of royalties (the specific amount depending on multiple factors).

You are NOT allowed to use your commission for NFTs/crypto, to train AI, or commercially without permission. You will be blacklisted from purchasing future commissions from me if you do any of these.

I will not take a commission before you have told me the codeword, indicating to me that you have read through and accept my terms of service. This codeword will change every so often. Currently the codeword is dinosaur.

Props: Varies. Small simple props are free, bigger or more detailed ones will be priced based on complexity.
